Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Although Ashley isn't talking too much about her parents, she has credited her grandfather with the birth of her love for working out as he was a popular bodybuilder throughout his 30s and 20s. Ashley began swimming at the age of four. For the next ten years she continued taking classes. While she participated in several events, Ashley was never dedicated enough to stick to an eating plan that allowed her body to be in its peak. There's a strong belief that Ashley enjoyed a lot of attention in high school because of her beautiful body and attractive appearance. However, it's not certain if Ashley had a relationship during this period. After she matriculated Ashley did not decide to enroll in college, but instead concentrate on her work as modeling fitness. Ashley was just 15 years young when she realized that the body she had was not the way she wanted it to be. At the suggestion of her grandmother, she started going to training. Based on his recommendations, she started slowly. Ashley participated in the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014, and finished 7th. Her victory inspired her and she trained harder. Ashley returned to the 2015. WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. After the competition was over, Ashley made the decision that she did not want to compete. As she was competing she was offered the chance for photoshoots. It was not a mix-up of her professional life and decided against it. Now that she's retired from competing, Ashley has decided to turn into a fitness model. A cover shot in one of the biggest fitness magazines launched her career as a fitness models. Since then she's an internationally renowned model and has been a part of numerous bikini brands and world-renowned clothing brands.
